Bridging Gaps & Crowning Caps

When disaster strikes, crowns and bridges can step in to repair the damage.

Crowns sit over the top of broken teeth to provide lasting repair and protection, while bridges fill the gaps left behind by missing teeth.

At Queen Square Dental Clinic, our cosmetic team works alongside skilled dental technicians to create crowns and bridges in durable composite and porcelain using laser-accurate CAD-CAM production facilities.

The result is high-quality restorations and repairs designed to look and feel fantastic for years to come.

Dental Bridges in Bristol

A dental bridge is a natural-looking replacement that fills gaps left behind by missing teeth.

We make our bridges from porcelain. This is because porcelain is long-lasting and durable. Porcelain also perfectly mimics enamel’s natural translucency, creating superbly natural results.

Once in place, a dental bridge acts just like a real tooth, allowing you to eat, laugh and live with confidence again.

Treatment With Dental Bridges

Once we’ve determined the best treatment plan for you, we’ll begin work on producing your bespoke bridge in partnership with our fully-equipped lab. Your bridge will consist of a high-quality porcelain restoration secured to neighbouring teeth with ‘wings’ at either side.

Next, one of our skilled clinicians will prepare your teeth to ensure maximum stability and hold for your bridge.

Finally, we’ll fit your dental bridge. Congratulations! You can walk away with restored aesthetics, function, and confidence.

Dental Crowns in Bristol

A dental crown acts as a durable, protective cap covering a broken or damaged tooth.

We use porcelain or composite – both extremely hard-wearing materials with a beautiful likeness to tooth enamel – and we’ll select a shade to perfectly match your smile.

The result is a long-lasting restoration that looks and feels so natural, you’ll never know it’s there.

Getting Your Crown

First, we’ll prepare the target tooth ready to be capped by your new crown. Your crown will be customised to your smile and created in a lab, based on your dental impressions.

It usually takes two visits to complete treatment with crowns. We’ll provide you with a fully-functional temporary restoration so that you need never wait longer than necessary to receive vital repair.

You’ll then be welcomed back to our Bristol clinic for your final session where we’ll fit your crown. Finally, we’ll complete any finishing touches like polishing.

Staff all professional and positive, willing to discuss any pro and cons about treatment, so good review awarded and deserved.

Honestly this is such a good dental practice. Everyone is so friendly, welcoming and really puts you at ease. I’m usually really anxious about going to dentists but I felt relaxed as I could tell I was in good hands :-)

Richard and Jessica have both made me so comfortable throughout my visits to them and making my teeth nice and healthy again. I’m now able to smile in confidence again. I am so pleased with how my teeth look. 5* treatment.
